Scope covers 32,405 LF of wall framing across 7 wall types: Type-X firewall assemblies retained as drawn, while non-rated walls (W3/W4/W6/W7) use a 1/4" GWB + furring mat + SABScrete topcoat system per the Rev2 split (44.2% deduction bundled vs. standard GWB). Bid is drywall-only — no SABS envelope scope — with an explicit SABScrete semi-mastic disclaimer and primer-coat-only touch-up limit. Submitted at $2.04M; plans still in City of Phoenix plan check pending final site verification.

Scope Summary

Interior partition walls + drywall throughout a 118-sheet commercial remodel. Firewall (Type X) retained; non-firewall walls use 1/4" GWB + SABScrete topcoat per Rev2 split.
