Relationship Gizler ↔ Leatham unresolved from PDFs: folder name says 'Drew & Caitlin Gizler ADU(s)' but all internal PDFs say Leatham. Most likely the folder is misnamed, or Caitlin Gizler is Drew Leatham's spouse/partner — BUT there is no textual evidence of that in any of the plan or bid PDFs.
