Scope was originally scoped as a cabana only but has been expanded post-meeting to the entire residence (27-sheet sealed set from Badilla & Associates, dated 05-28-25). Owner acts as their own GC/PM, so LÏEF is SABS-only — walls, slab screw, SABScrete — with all other trades carried by the family GC. Preliminary range $346K–$483K, hard bid sequenced after the SABS training week at 301 Osborn.
