Had Pure Pickleball moved forward, LÏEF scope would have been SABS envelope self-perform (LÏEF Blocks, slab screw, SABScrete) on the commercial sport-facility shell with conventional trades subbed out for steel roof structure, courts, MEP, and finishes. The engagement only produced a SABS budget + highlighted-savings study (April 2025) comparing SABS against conventional; the client did not advance to a hard bid.
