Work Scope

LÏEF is bidding the interior buildout of a 34,627 SF, 2-story youth/church/skate-park facility inside a pre-engineered metal building shell (PEMB — not SABS-compatible, no envelope scope). Self-perform scope is interior metal-stud partitions with 5/8" Type-X GWB and R-13 batt insulation, plus acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) grid and tile; CMU at restrooms is included at the masonry line. Canyon bid format reused because the line items match. Preliminary estimate is $700,785 at ~9,470 LF desktop takeoff (±20%) pending a scaled takeoff from full-size drawings.
